Dr Steibl is originally from Montreal, Canada but moved to New York in 1985. He graduated from the Swedish Institute in New York in 1990 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Over the years he became certified as a Rolfer, and then Advanced Rolfer. He continued taking classes and became certified in MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques), ART (Active Release Techniques), NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), Graston Techniques, Kinesio-Taping, Deep-Tissue, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Shiatsu. Doing body work has been a life-long passion of Dr Steibl and he has now been in practice almost 30 years, and continues to take classes and learn new techniques.
In 2009, Dr Steibl went to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles for 4 years where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was Valedictorian of his class in 2012. He was also the anatomy tutor for two classes in the cadaver lab at school during those 4 years. He moved back to New York City in 2012 to re-open his bodywork practice adding chiropractic to his already full menu of therapeutic soft-tissue techniques.
Dr Steibl developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia in 2014 and has successfully navigated his way back to optimal health. He now has a passion in helping other people dealing with this debilitating condition, using lifestyle coaching and nutritional counseling.
