Kinesio Taping is a rehabilitative taping technique designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints.

MAT assesses and corrects muscular imbalances, joint instability, and limitations in range of motion. Unlike other techniques it focuses on finding the weak or inhibited muscles and turning them on.

Massage Therapy Manipulates the soft tissues of the body using varying degrees of pressure and movement. The purpose is generally for treatment of body stress or pain.
